TIO: We are happy to note that even though
you are 90+, you still work every day when so
many of your peers have already retired. What
motivates you to do so?
HP: Sunil and I set up Interplex when I was
70 years old. As Interplex started its innovative
journey into the Optical Industry, I had the
opportunity to meet the prestigious Optical
community leading the manufacturing and
trade of Optical frames. The excitement of
promoting Interplex products and forging
friendships with people in the optical trade
injected a new energy in my working days and
