ome drugs are very useful in ophthalmology
while diagnosing, examining and treating.
SAmong all, we will cover some parasympatholytic
drugs in this article to better understand the
concentration, preparation, onset of action, duration of
action, use and adverse effects. These drugs depress
the action of the parasympathetic nervous system by
a direct action on the motor end plate. Most of the
drugs are related to each other and are alkaloids of
belladonna. A few of them are synthetic drugs.
