SM: I prefer metal sunglasses, as
these are more durable and flexible.
VK: Eyes are the most precious of the
five senses. How do you look after them?

SM: I ensure my intake of carrots;
pomegranate is also high in my diet. An
iron-rich diet is what I recommend for
good eyesight. Also, not spending too
much time on the laptop, phone and TV
is advisable.
