Dr Anant Sharma too pointed out the

the importance of professionals’ roles and
duties in the course of their practice. As
he said, customers rely on their wisdom

He also talked about the benefits of an
honest relationship between eye care
professionals and consumers, and its
outcome of success for the business.

Arvind Ubha, president of the Optical KHANDELWAL
Association of Bikaner, who moderated the
launch event, shared his experiences in the
optical field of how a few daily instances
in the business can turn into a valuable
lifelong learning experience. He advised
opticians to develop farsightedness and DR. ANANT

be focused on long-term goals. He said
personal constructive development leads
to a prosperous future for the business.
Surendra Khanna shared ROTI’s vision
and steps to bring about a positive
change in the optical fraternity. Niranjan JASMEET
Rathi explained the birth of the society, SINGH
its journey and its core values. Amit
Khandelwal and Mukul Bhargava talked
about upcoming events and the direct
benefits that members could reap.
All the attendees had been presented MUKUL
with pieces of cloth that bore the rainbow BHARGAVA
spectrum of seven different colours,
VIBGYOR, and were requested to drop
these into a white box which signified that
these seven colours together make the
world a beautiful place.
ARVIND
The launch concluded with a fine lunch UBHA
at the hotel where the event was hosted,
during which the guests exchanged views
informally while reiterating their positive
outlook towards the future of the society.
